 Our great passion for breeding is to produce that ultimate miniature horse, the horse that in our eyes captures that beauty, grace, elegance, refinement & spirit that my husband & I love so much. This keeps us searching endlessly for just the right mares; those special mares that offer us quality not just in the blood that runs through their veins, but quality in mind & body as well.

 Our mares here at River Wood, have superb pedigrees to boast about. Our broodmare numbers are small, but our quality & bloodlines are huge!

Through careful selection & breeding those select mares to our quality stallions that can be viewed on our stallions page, we know that our foals will leave their own mark in the world one day!
